Junior Architectural Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Oversee construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to design.
• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) for project development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Valid architect license/certification (as per regional requirements).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD and architectural design software.
• Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainable/green building design.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and innovative mindset.
