Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with up to one year of experience to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior architects and designers, assisting in various stages of the architectural process.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Developing 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp, lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Conducting site visits and surveys as required.
• Assisting in material research and specification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 0-1 year of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.
