Junior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our design and planning team. The candidate will assist in creating architectural drawings, preparing project documentation, and coordinating with team members on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural designs and layouts under the guidance of senior architects.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and progress monitoring.
• Support in creating presentation materials, reports, and client proposals.
• Maintain documentation and filing for project records.
• Research materials, building codes, and regulations for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors as needed.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Internship experience in an architectural firm is a plus.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and codes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
