Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at Studio 42, you will be involved in the development of design concepts and presentations for projects. Your responsibilities will include producing architectural drawings and documentation using CAD and other design software, participating in project coordination meetings, conducting site analysis and research, and supporting the preparation of project proposals. You will also incorporate feedback from senior architects, stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. - Proficiency in basic 3D rendering software like Enscape, Lumion, D4, etc. - Strong graphic and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for architecture and a drive to learn and grow in the field. Preferred Qualifications: - Internship experience in an architectural firm or relevant design environment. - Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials. - Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
