Junior Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Junior Architect to support our design and project teams. The ideal candidate will assist in conceptual design, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in developing design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D/3D models, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Support in site visits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Research materials, products, and building regulations.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and design discussions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 2- 4 years of professional experience (internship/project experience preferred).
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
• Knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
