Sales/BD Activities: Achievement of the Business plan State wise. Managing the sales & ensuring profitability of the same Ensure business growth and sales volume. Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget. Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region. Brand promotion activities to increase brand visibility in the region. Ensuring price & credit control. Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region. Optimum utilization of resources & cost management. Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition. Sales Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and conferences. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Track and manage sales-related expenses, including processing reimbursements and invoices. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison between sales executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication. Follow up on sales inquiries, requests, and issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales executives. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for sales-related documents and records. Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales agreements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate parties. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in business administration/ commerce, marketing and Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Additional Qualifications / certifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a sales or business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software. Prior experience Minimum 5 years of Experience Sales in Architectural and Theming Industry would be an added advantage. Other skills (preferred) Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities. Key Responsibilities :- Client management 1. Ensure timely interactions with client (& various external stakeholders) and ensure client queries are resolved satisfactorily 2. Ensure proper communication across various external entities in the project (client, consultant, vendors etc.) Project Execution: 1. Prepare schematic design diagrams that show design evolution around the concept. 2. Prepare and review all architectural and interior design development 3. Prepare all presentation drawings 4. Prepare working drawings using Auto CAD Software, Photoshop, Google sketch up and 3D Max to ensure the drawings are 100% accurate and they comply with Domestic and International design standards 5. Prepare architectural, civil, structural and theme; Auto CAD details, sectional details, typical details and detailed shop drawing for construction 6. Prepare detailed calculations as per the drawings Prepare bill of quantities (BOQs) and specifications 7. Coordinate with execution team at site on all technical aspects of the project 8. Conduct site visits and site audits to ensure execution is as per the approved design Innovation / Creativity: 1. Understand project brief (incl client requirements, budget and site constraints) to come up with unique design ideas and concepts 2. Propose adoption of latest technology, processes, material in designs Process Orientation: 1. Comply with all SoP for project documentation 2.
