Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect, your role involves visualizing and preparing design plans in alignment with client objectives. You will support senior architects by actively contributing to project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving guidance from team leads for project requirements. - Conducting site visits for supervision and accurate measurements. - Collaborating with senior architects to develop projects from inception to completion. - Translating customer requirements into 2D and 3D designs and drawings. - Creating concept presentations in both 2D and 3D formats. - Drafting detailed working drawings in 2D. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, changes, and best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and abilities: - A degree in Architecture with a strong thesis project portfolio. - Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience as an architect, preferably in residential and commercial spaces. - Proficiency in technical drawing encompassing design, services, and coordination. - Excellent communication and project management capabilities. - Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software. - Strong creative and visualization skills. - A portfolio showcasing your previous architectural works. - Willingness to work on the BIM platform. Education and experience requirements for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - 1-2 years of experience as an architect within an architectural firm.
