Junior Architect

You will be responsible for controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design. Your tasks will include taking the brief to identify clients" needs, putting together feasibility reports and design proposals, and developing ideas while considering clients" needs, buildings" usage, and environmental impact. You will be required to produce detailed blueprints, make necessary corrections, and compile project specifications. It will be your responsibility to keep within budgets and timelines, ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, you will need to make on-site visits to check on the project status and report on the project progress. Collaboration and communication with construction professionals will be crucial in this role. Staying updated on architectural trends and advancements will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
