What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Assist in preparing conceptual designs, layout plans, and architectural drawings (site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections) under guidance from senior architects.Create detailed working drawings using CAD / BIM tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.Support visualization work: 3D models, renderings or walkthroughs for internal reviews, client presentations, and stakeholder updates.Collaborate with other teams (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors) to coordinate design inputs and help integrate disciplines under project supervision.Participate in research building codes, zoning regulations, local bylaws, sustainability standards, and latest material/technology options relevant to MicroMitti's projects.Conduct site visits as needed: assist in site measurements, supervision, documenting site progress, and field verification of drawings under supervision.Help prepare documentation for approvals, permits, tenders, and coordinate submission packages to relevant authorities.

Essential

What We Expect (Qualifications & Skills)

Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Architecture and must have 5 to 6 years of experienceProficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit / BIM tools ideally also familiar with visualization tools (SketchUp, etc.).Good understanding of architecture fundamentals: spatial planning, construction drawings, basic building codes/standards.Strong drawing/drafting skills, attention to detail, and good sense of design and proportion.Team-player attitude, openness to learn, and ability to take direction from seniors.Good verbal and written communication skills (for coordination, documentation, reporting).

Desirable

Familiarity with 3D visualization / rendering software (e.g. SketchUp, Lumion, etc.).Interest or knowledge in sustainable design practices, green building principles (to align with MicroMitti's modern and premium design philosophy).Previous internship or project exposure (academic or professional) in real estate/residential/commercial design.Ability to handle multiple tasks, good organization and time-management.
