Junior Architect in Bangalore

We are looking for a talented individual who has experience in preparing the drawings, store layout, and plans in CAD for our upcoming & existing stores. You will work directly with the Projects Head. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands.We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, a big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic, and an incisive co-worker.

The Ideal Candidate

• Understanding of the the store layouts
• Should be able to read the technical drawings
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create BOQs and Manage vendors
• Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments
  

Key Responsibilities

• Creating technical drawings as per the specifications provided
• Creating BOQs with respect to technical drawings.
• Communicating with the Project Managers to understand the technical requirements
• Submitting the drafts to the Senior Management for review
• Reviewing and redrafting the drawings in coordination with the project's head
  

Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interiors
Preferred Qualifications: Has a minimum of 1 year of experience working on technical CAD drawings & 3D models on relevant softwareSalary: Will depend on experience. Upto 3.5LPA.
