Junior Architect

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to various architectural projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to grow and develop their skills within a dynamic architectural environment.

Duties

• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts and project development
• Utilise software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Revit, NavisWorks, and 3ds Max to create architectural drawings and visualisations
• Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and construction documents
• Conduct site visits and surveys to support project planning and execution
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements and provide design solutions
• Support in the coordination of building systems and materials for construction projects

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Revit, NavisWorks, and 3ds Max
• Ability to sketch design ideas effectively
• Strong negotiation skills for liaising with clients and contractors
• Knowledge of CAD software for architectural drafting
• Understanding of building processes and construction techniques
