Applicant profile:🔸Graduate in architecture ( B. Arch candidates only)🔸Should be bold, confident , good in communication & Team player. 🔸Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, Material application knowledge & Budget preparation.🔸2-4 years of experience.Job description :Involved in design of in house Project Design: 1. Proven work experience in residential apartments and villas. 2. Will coordinate with external architects and finalize the concept drawing as per the timelines fixed.3. Should have design & detailing knowledge to design and close the concept independently.4. Very good software skill in AutoCAD & Sketch-up is mandatory. 5. Working knowledge of BOQ, Budget preparation and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.6. Study and evaluate each stage and present the plan to the team manager & give consolidated comments to consultants for their incorporation.7. Should be able to handle co-ordination and good for construction drawings for entire projects independently.8. Regular site visits and conduct site meetings for the supervision of Model house execution and Project execution Coordination.9 .Will be part of a team of 10 architects. So we require a person with good interpersonal skills, open mindset and a good team player.
