1. Handling multiple projects independently, responsible for architectural design and development of projects
2. Co-ordination with site and consultants, preparation of project layout, area statement, marketing plans,
3. Submission and working drawing for approval from authority and on site execution,Project / Site Coordination and Coordination with Structural, MEP Services consultants & Preparation of Sample Apartments.
4. Coordinate closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with building systems and technical requirements.
5. Expertise in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
