Junior Architect

Job Description

Drawing Production: Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owners expectations (Internal and external). Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods. Quality Assurance Able to follow companys internal SoPs, client specific Revit/ BIM templates and implement Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/ interior design and construction documents. Team Working: Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting protocols. Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries. Expertise: Basic knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards. Knowledge, Skills Abilities Basic understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with basic knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures. Basic understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site. Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses. Good written and spoken English is required. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Architecture is mandatory with a minimum 0-6 months of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.
