Junior Analyst - Segregation of Duties (SOD)

You have a great opportunity to join the Segregation of Duties (SOD) Team within the Financial Systems organization as a Junior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating SOD & Critical Action (CA) control, including SOD ruleset builds and maintenance, conflict summary analysis reporting, and review with applicable business & IT Risk Owners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with stakeholders to evaluate SOD conflicts and CAs in SAP and other applications, consulting with business units to reduce conflicts and implement mitigation controls. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as flow charts, process narratives, risk and control matrices, and segregation of duties matrices. - Reviewing and advising on changes to system user roles from an SOD and CA risk perspective. - Assessing the impact of new system functionality on the SOD matrix and rulesets. - Performing quarterly SOD certifications with respective Risk Owners. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in business & IT risk management, segregation of duties, internal controls, and/or audit. - Practical experience with ERP systems, with SAP preferred. - Good understanding of overall business processes. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to multitask. - Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CISA), project management familiarity, and the ability to work in an agile environment are advantageous. - Excellent communication skills, results-oriented attitude, and customer-focused approach. - A relevant Bachelor's or CA degree.
