Junior Analyst- People Ops (HRBP)

As an HR professional at our organization, you will be responsible for various aspects of people management. This includes implementing retention strategies, organizing employee engagement activities, and handling employee grievances and ER issues effectively. You will also be in charge of preparing dashboards, conducting exit interviews, and devising retention plans. Additionally, your role will involve independently managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and closure, as well as introducing new initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Qualifications & Certifications: - A minimum of a graduation or post-graduation degree is required for this role. Experience: - For the Mangalore location, a minimum of 1+ year of experience is required. - For the Mysore location, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Shifts: - You should be flexible to work in shifts, specifically from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. - Being a good team player with dynamic, self-motivated, and disciplined attributes is crucial. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make decisions under stressful conditions are necessary. - Willingness to learn, innovate, and achieve the best results is highly valued. - Possessing strong negotiation and liaison skills will be beneficial for this role.,
