Junior Analyst- People Ops (HRBP)

Role Overview: As an HR professional at our company, your role will involve people management, retention strategies, and employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for preparing various dashboards, handling employee relations (ER) issues and grievances, as well as independently managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and closures. Conducting exit interviews, retaining valuable employees, and contributing new initiatives to the organization will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - People management - Implementing retention strategies and employee engagement activities - Preparing various dashboards - Handling ER issues and employee grievances - Managing PIPs and closures independently - Conducting exit interviews and retaining employees - Contributing new initiatives to the organization - Hands-on experience in Audit preparation - Experience working as HR for a Voice process Qualifications & Certifications: - Graduation or post-graduation in any field Experience: - Minimum of 1+ years of experience for Mangalore location - Minimum of 2 years of experience for Mysore location Shifts: - Flexibility to work in shifts from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong teamwork abilities - Dynamic, self-motivated, and disciplined approach - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to make decisions under stressful conditions - Willingness to learn, innovate, and achieve the best results - Strong negotiation and liaison skills,
