We are looking for a motivated Associate Advocate to join our dynamic legal team, primarily handling non-litigation work. This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about drafting, research, and documentation and aspire to build a strong career in corporate and commercial law.

As an Associate Advocate, you will gain exposure to drafting high-quality legal documents, assisting in statutory filings, and supporting senior counsels in complex advisory matters. This is a growth-oriented role with opportunities to learn, take ownership, and work on diverse legal assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, petitions, notices, suits, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support drafting, advisory, and compliance-related matters.
• Assist in filing, registrations, and documentation processes before various authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with prevailing laws and adheres to high professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers/partners to deliver timely and effective solutions for clients.
• Maintain systematic records and manage documentation workflows efficiently.
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices to enhance quality of work.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Qualification: LL.B. (mandatory) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in non-litigation practice.
• Strong command over drafting and legal writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in drafting contracts, petitions, agreements and suits.
• Good knowledge of corporate laws, compliance requirements, regulatory procedures and Family laws.
• Analytical thinker with strong research abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
