Educate potential buyers about the benefits of investing in Aakruthi Properties projects, including sustainability features and long-term value. Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified leads. Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the sales team after site visits for closure. CRM & Database Management: Maintain and update lead information and communication history in the CRM system. Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to offer relevant insights during client interactions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and meet monthly targets. Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer expectations to refine lead generation strategies. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in pre-sales, lead management, or customer engagement in the residential real estate sector. Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, especially residential villa projects. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong follow-up skills with the ability to convert leads into site visits and sales. Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in residential villa projects is must. Multilingual proficiency (English, Kannada, and Hindi) is must.
