Junior Advocate - In-House

As a Junior Advocate at the company, you will be responsible for managing client cases from start to finish, advising clients, and conducting legal research on their behalf. Your daily tasks will include preparing and reviewing legal documents before a court hearing. You must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills to effectively represent the clients. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Conducting case law research and utilizing legal databases proficiently - Interacting independently with Senior Advocates for case briefings - Demonstrating exposure in compliance management regarding corporate governance - Identifying legal risks in business operations and providing effective solutions The minimum educational requirement for this role is an LLB or LLM degree. The job location is in Hyderabad, and the salary package ranges from 15K to 25K based on experience. Please note that interviews are conducted in person. In addition, you should have at least 1 year of court experience. The work schedule is during the day, and the job type is full-time.
