We are urgently hiring energetic, hard-working, and responsible individuals to join our team as Junior Adventure Staff for tent pitching, setup work, and on-ground volunteer support during our upcoming adventure event.

You will work closely with the Wiktrip field team to ensure smooth tent setups, visitor support, and daily operational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  tent pitching, tent arrangement, and dismantling

• Help in

  setting up camping areas, stalls, and activity zones

• Provide

  ground-level support

  to the team during the event
• Guide visitors and help with basic inquiries
• Support daily

  maintenance and coordination tasks

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the area
• Perform volunteer activities assigned by the team leader

• Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work
