Junior Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record day-to-day financial transactions (journal entries, vouchers, receipts, payments).
• Maintain general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and trial balance.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Maintain accounts receivable records, issue invoices, and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts periodically.

Banking & Reconciliation

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Monitor bank transactions and ensure timely posting.

Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly accounting reports as required.
• Provide data for audits and assist in internal/external audit processes.

Other Duties

• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
• Support the senior accounts team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Accounts Officer/Finance Manager.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
