Architect & 3D Designer

Responsibilities :-

Architectural Planning as per Vastu, Blue Print, Estimates, MDDA drawings as per Bye-Laws (Incl. application & objection handling), Working Drawings : Structure Design (Column Layout Plan, Footing Plan, Slab Details), Electrical Plans, Plumbing Drawings, Furniture Layout Plans, 3D Elevation, Door Window Schedule, 2D Elevation, Office Management, Project Management, End to End Client Handling, Site Visits (Sometimes).

Work Experience :-

Minimum 2 year of work experience in Architecture under registered Architect/Architecture firm is required. Work experience in Dehradun is a priority.

Skills :-

MUST : AutoCad, 3D(Any software would work), Communication Skills, Multitasking.

Add ONs : Quotation Preparations, MS Word, MS Excel, English & Hindi Typing, Interior Designing.

Education:-

No mandatory degree/diploma/education required. If have than it's a plus point. B.Arch degree holders are priority.

Note :-

· No need to be a professional structure engineer for preparing Structure Drawings.

· Knowledge of vastu & MDDA bye –laws are plus points.

· Do attach your portfolio(3D work) along with CV.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
