Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

GST Compliance

Prepare, review, and file monthly/quarterly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns accurately and on time.
Reconcile sales, purchase, and input tax credit data before filing.
Track GST liability, input credit utilization, and maintain records of all GST workings.
Handle and respond to any GST notices or queries from GSTN / CBIC.
Keep updated with the latest GST rules, amendments, and compliance deadlines.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime / Tally. ERP 9 accurately.
Manage sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt entries.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and monthly book closure activities.
Generate and review MIS reports as required by management.

General Support:

Coordinate with auditors for GST audits and assessments.
Maintain organized documentation for all tax and accounting records.
Support other accounting activities like TDS tracking.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting with GST filing exposure.
Strong knowledge of GST laws and return filing process (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally. ERP 9.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Should be willing to commit for a long-term role.
Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
