Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in finance and accounting while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor reconciliation and payment processing. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings. Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and expense claims. Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation. Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval and compliance. Identify and report discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. Perform other tasks as assigned by senior finance team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter preferred). 0–2 years of experience in finance and accounting (freshers with strong academic background can apply). Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting. Familiarity with Zoho/QuickBooks or any ERP/accounting software is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance career. Strong time management and organizational skills.
