Junior Accounts Executive

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will play an essential role in our day-to-day accounting operations and provide support in various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and willingness to learn will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers. - Prepare and process basic invoices, vouchers, and journal entries. - Help in reconciling bank statements and verifying transactions. - Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns under supervision. - Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities. - Handle routine office tasks such as filing, record keeping, and correspondence. - Assist in maintaining and updating company databases. - Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for routine requirements. - Provide general administrative support to management as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. - Minimum 6 months of practical training or experience under a Chartered Accountant. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS). - Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under supervision and handle confidential information.
