Junior Accounts Executive

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and reports.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including issuing invoices and tracking payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in maintaining general ledgers and journal entries.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts.
• Support in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
