Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and reports. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting software. Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including issuing invoices and tracking payments. Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing. Assist in maintaining general ledgers and journal entries. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounts. Support in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
