Junior Accounts Executive

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following: - Role Overview: You will be expected to handle various accounting tasks and financial data analysis. Your proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your strong analytical and numerical skills will help you ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions. - Key Responsibilities: - Manage financial data using MS Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables. - Utilize accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and ERP systems for accurate record-keeping. - Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Ability to speak in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be beneficial for effective communication. - Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) from a recognized university. - 01 year of relevant experience, freshers are also welcome to apply. - Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and strong analytical skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to speak English, Hindi, and Bengali.
