Job Summary:

K2 Learning is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant – Payables to join our finance team at Chamrajpet, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing accounts payable operations, with strong knowledge of accounting processes and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and other payables in a timely manner.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.
• Ensure timely execution of daily payments, maintaining adherence to financial obligations and cash flow requirements.
• Post and update accounting entries in real-time to support effective and transparent financial reporting.
• Assist in generating and analyzing weekly/monthly reports related to payables and cash flow.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or payment-related issues promptly.
• Adhere to and support implementation of internal controls and compliance with company financial policies.
• Contribute to minimizing payment delays and preventing backlogs in day-to-day financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience: 2–4 years in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally Prime (Mandatory).
• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must be available for immediate joining.
• Willing to work on-site at the Chamrajpet Bangalore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
