Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time English Faculty to join our team at Future Foundation PU College, Jalahalli. The ideal candidate should have prior experience teaching State Board syllabus for 1st and 2nd PUC students and possess strong communication skills. The role requires the faculty to engage students in comprehensive language learning, literature appreciation, and exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English subject to 1st and 2nd PUC students as per Karnataka State Board syllabus.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons that cater to the academic level of PUC students.
• Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and provide feedback to students to improve academic performance.
• Ensure proper lesson planning, timely syllabus completion, and revision before exams.
• Encourage language fluency, reading habits, and writing skills among students.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in meetings or trainings when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in English / Literature / Education.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English at PUC level (State Board preferred).
• Strong command over English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

• Joining: Should be an Immediate Joiner.
• Timings: As per academic schedule on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Location: On-campus role at Jalahalli, Bangalore.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
