Junior Accountant(Field Sales Executive)

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - **Accounting & Finance:** - Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and journal entries. - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances. - Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management. - Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). - Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes. - **Field Sales & Collection:** - Deliver invoices, quotations, and promotional materials to clients as required. - Assist in expanding the client base and maintaining customer relations. - Provide on-ground support to the sales team by collecting market data and feedback. - Ensure timely collection of dues and report daily collection updates. **Skills Required:** - Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. - Good understanding of taxation, invoicing, and financial documentation. - Ability to manage field visits, collections, and customer communication. - Basic sales and negotiation skills. - Comfortable traveling locally for client interactions. - Strong integrity and accountability. **Qualifications:** - B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. - 2+ years of experience in accounting with exposure to field sales or collections. **Preferred Attributes:** - Experience in jewellery, retail, or showroom-based businesses. - Two-wheeler with valid license for field travel. - Local language proficiency.
