Junior Accountant with knowledge of Zoho Books

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, support compliance, and help maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all accounts are up to date
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records (bills, invoices, receipts)
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for invoice verification and payment follow-ups
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with audits and statutory compliances
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Zoho accounting software
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
