Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, payroll management, and GST-related processes, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime.
Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Prepare and file GST returns, and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and vendor/client ledgers.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Assist in tax-related documentation and compliance.
Provide financial data and reports to management as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of GST filing, payroll processing, and other statutory compliances.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
