Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at RL Jewels, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of records. Your role will involve recording various financial activities such as sales, purchases, and expenses while maintaining up-to-date ledgers. Additionally, you will support GST and tax compliance by preparing returns and assisting with statutory requirements. In this position, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and reconciling inventory records, as well as tracking customer deposits for gold-saving schemes. Your contribution to preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis will be essential for internal audits and management reviews. Collaborating with sales and operations teams to streamline financial processes will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and MS Excel is required, along with knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation regulations. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are key attributes for success in this position.
