Junior Accountant

1) ABOUT US:

2) COMPETENCE REQUISITES:

A) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in BCom.

B) EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year of Experience in the field of accounting

C) SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Min. 1 year of Experience in the field of accounting.

· Excellent knowledge of accounting concepts and principles.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel & Tally/ERP.

· Communicate with conviction in all situations with all levels of staff/client organizations.

· Good Communication & Follow up skills.

3) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform end-to-end accounting.

· Recording daily financial transactions in Tally/ERP.

· Maintaining vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.

· Perform Bank feed and reconciliation

· Recording vendor bills and processing supplier payments.

· Matching invoices with purchase orders (PO).

· Post journal entries and prepare backups and audit trail.

· Deducting and recording TDS where applicable.

· Identifying and resolving mismatches in records.

· Maintaining files, ledgers, and registers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.10 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mayur Vihar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
