Cash Handling
Manage daily cash transactions and cash flow
Maintain accurate cash books and records
Ensure proper documentation for cash receipts and payments
Reconcile cash balances on a daily/weekly basis
2. Purchase Department Support
Review and verify purchase documents, bills, and invoices
Follow up with vendors to clear issues related to purchase discrepancies
Coordinate with the Purchase department to ensure proper documentation and approvals
3. Billing & Invoicing
Monitor customer billing and invoicing
Resolve billing related errors promptly
Coordinate with sales/admin team to avoid delays in billing
4. Stock / Inventory Reporting
Prepare periodic stock reports
Assist in stock reconciliation with store/warehouse team
Verify stock records against physical inventory
5. Sales Amount & Variations Analysis
Compare daily/weekly/monthly sales amount vs. targets
Investigate and explain any variations or discrepancies
