Role Overview:

The ideal candidate should have 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. The position will involve assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, financial record keeping, and supporting the senior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, includingJournal entries, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Process employee reimbursements and handle petty cash
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist senior accountants with various financial tasks and analysis

Qualifications:

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of basic accounting functions (accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, etc.)
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
