Junior accountant- Data entry

About the role:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Record journal entries with accuracy across expense, revenue, provisions, prepaids, and assets
Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash/bank ledgers.
Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance entries.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect invoices and supporting documents (POs, Agreements).
Support timely monthly book closures.
Share required ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation in a timely manner.
Handle reconciliations and operational queries from business or product teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proficient in
Tally ERP
and MS Excel.
Sound working knowledge of accounting standards (basic
IND-AS
understanding preferred)
Ability to understand business processes and cost structures.
Hands-on experience with
invoice validation, prepaids, provisions, BRS, and reconciliations
.
Prior experience working
in a startup or high-growth enviro
nment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. Semi-qualified CA/MBA (Finance) is an advantage.
Minimum experience of 1- 3 Year for using tally and accounting required
