Job Description

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for various accounting tasks including posting journal entries in ERP systems, reconciling accounts and bank statements, preparing monthly MIS reports, finalizing monthly accounts, and demonstrating proficiency in accounting software. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, along with proven experience as a Junior Accountant or in a relevant role. A good understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), attention to detail, and organizational skills are crucial for this role. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The job is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund. The successful candidate should have a BCom certification and at least 1 year of experience in accounting. The work location is in-person, and the application deadline is 20/01/2025.,
