Who Can Apply

We are looking for dynamic BBA and B.Com graduates (freshers or with up to 12 months of experience) eager to build a solid foundation in the international accounts receivable process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BBA or B.Com graduates (any stream)
• Freshers or up to 12 months of experience
• Willing to work night shifts (US process)
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment

Required Skills

• Strong verbal English communication
• Active listening and understanding customer concerns
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
• Internet research and account reconciliation basics
• Effective negotiation and objection handling skills
• Ability to ask relevant questions and gather accurate information
• Stress management and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Adaptability to changes in processes or client guidelines
• Passion for a performance-based work culture

Compensation
