Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our mineral bottled water plant in Verna, Salcete. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including payment collection, invoicing, purchase bill handling, and stock management. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a basic understanding of accounting principles and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle payment collection from customers and maintain accurate transaction records.

Prepare and issue sales invoices and ensure timely follow-up for payments on Tally.

Record and manage purchase bills, ensuring proper documentation and approval.

Monitor and maintain stock and raw material records, including inward and outward entries.

Assist in inventory audits and reconciliation of physical stock with system records.

Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.

Support the senior accountant or accounts manager in day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.

Maintain data entry and filing systems for accounts, purchase, and inventory records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
