Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the India Accounts team with daily client communication, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Support account managers in managing customer queries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and account information.
  • Prepare basic reports, documentation, and updates required by the management team.
  • Help in onboarding new clients, collecting required documents, and ensuring smooth setup.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and support teams to complete client requests.
  • Learn company products/services thoroughly to assist clients effectively.
  • Handle administrative and account-related tasks as assigned by the team lead.
  • Ensure high professionalism and timely communication with all clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to improving processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,356.94 - ₹22,836.46 per month
