JUNIOR ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and support to students in academic planning, course selection, and career development.

2. Help students set and achieve academic goals, and develop strategies for success.

3. Identify and address academic challenges, and provide resources for improvement.

4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

5. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to support student success.

6. Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops.

7. Maintain accurate records and communicate with students, parents, and faculty.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years.
• Any degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures.

2. Communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Problem-solving and conflict resolution.

4. Organizational and time management.
