Job Description: Senior Graphics Designer Position Title: Senior Graphics Designer Location: Santacruz (West), Mumbai (Candidates must be Mumbai residents) Department: Creative & Design Reports To: Head of Department Job Type: Full-time Industry: Fashion, Media & Entertainment Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, branding, and digital content creation, with a particular focus on the fashion, media, and entertainment industries. This role will be key in shaping and enhancing the visual identity of Fashion TV globally through innovative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Branding: Develop visually compelling designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Create brand-centric marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content. Maintain consistency in branding across all Fashion TV franchise outlets and marketing campaigns. Work on creative assets for social media, websites, brochures, packaging, and event materials. Digital Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, animations, and video assets for digital marketing. Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop eye-catching visuals for campaigns. Optimize visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality aesthetics. Creative Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement innovative design strategies to elevate the Fashion TV brand. Stay updated with the latest design trends in fashion and entertainment to ensure fresh and modern visuals. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and digital experiences. Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and business development teams to align design with business objectives. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production teams when required. Qualifications & Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and digital content creation. Proven experience in the fashion, media, real estate, franchise, or entertainment industries is preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design software. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus. Excellent visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
