Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software is required. A strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design is crucial. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills are also essential for this position. While not mandatory, experience in agile environments, basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), or skills in motion design and creating microinteractions would be advantageous.
