Jr. UI/UX Designer

You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This includes creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups. You will conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements. Collaborating with developers, creative teams, and client servicing teams is essential to bring digital experiences to life. Ensuring consistency of design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines is also a key part of your role. You will test and evaluate designs based on user feedback and usability best practices while staying up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies. - Bachelors degree/Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required. - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (agency or product company experience preferred). - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI designs, UX processes, wireframes, prototypes, and case studies is necessary. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is expected. - Good understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and responsive design is essential. - Ability to translate briefs into functional and visually engaging user experiences. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines are crucial.
