Role : Jr / Sr. Technician

Experience : 0 to 5 Years(Freshers also Wellcome)

Education : DEEE, DME, BEEE, B.E(Mech)

Location : Kanchipuram

No of Vacancy : 30+

Package : Upto 3.2 LPA

Industry : Elctrical and Electronics

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for CNC, EDM, molding, and press machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Check and maintain servo motors, drives, sensors, switches, lubrication systems, and coolant systems.
Support mold changeover, machine alignment, and start-up checks.
Maintain daily machine logbooks, PM records, and spare parts usage.
Coordinate with production and report major issues to the maintenance head.
Follow safety practices and ensure machines run efficiently with minimum downtime.

Skills Required

Basic/advanced knowledge of CNC, EDM, molding & press machinery (depending on experience level).
Ability to read mechanical drawings and simple electrical circuits.
Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC basics (for senior level).
Problem-solving attitude and readiness to work in shifts
