Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate interview logistics, including arranging interview panels and preparing interview materials. - Support new employee onboarding by preparing welcome kits, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company. - Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating effective communication. - Assist in organizing team-building activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment. - Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations. - Assist in updating and managing HR databases and files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. - Provide administrative assistance to the HR team in organizing meetings, drafting communications, and preparing reports. - Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs. - Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the HR team to address any disciplinary matters in line with company guidelines. You should have: - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Experience in managing employee relations and disputes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proficient in MS Office and HR software - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus - Professional HR certifications are also a plus - Experience in the textile, apparel, and baby products industries is a plus Company details: - Industry: Textile, Apparel, and Baby Products - Location: Bhiwandi, Kalyan (Mumbai) - Onsite role only - Salary Package: 2.5 to 3 LPA - Experience: 2 to 4 years Skills required: - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.,
