Jr. QC Engineer
Location:

Vasai (Palghar after 2 months)

Experience:

4+ years

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Organizational QA plan.
Preparation of Organizational QC plan.
Preparation of process sheets for FRP Production HL.
Preparation of process sheets for Steel Fabrication.
Preparation of process sheets for FRP Production LRTM.
Preparation of process sheets for Steel Painting.
Preparation of checklist for Vendor Qualification for Steel.
Preparation of checklist for Welder Qualification for Steel.
Preparation of Supplier Qualification Plan for CTQ raw materials.
Maintaining QC and inspection checklists for daily production of FRP (HL/LRTM).
Maintaining QC and inspection checklists for Steel Fabrication.
Maintaining QC and inspection checklists for Steel Painting.
Conducting NDT at random intervals for CTQ items.
Maintaining CAAPA file.
Certifying bills of vendors for approval of payment.
Preparation of risk mitigation plan for department and submitting to TM.
Giving presentations of QA/QC process to customers.
Visiting installation sites for QC of installation process.
Maintaining the QC lab and maintaining the analytical report.
