Jr QA Analyst

As a QA Engineer in the POD, your role is crucial in ensuring all functional testing requirements are met and providing support to the Test Automation Engineer. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting QA effort and providing direction within your allocated team and offshore group - Coordinating activities to enforce quality improvements - Preparing test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports - Executing all tests (manual and automated), including creating and closing issues and defects - Performing required exploratory and regression testing, both manual and automated - Collaborating closely with all team members in various aspects of QA - Assisting the Test Automation Engineer - Actively participating and contributing within the QA Chapter - Managing test data effectively - Contributing to innovation and initiatives for standardization and automation within the group Your experience and knowledge should include: - 3+ years of QA experience - Working experience with qTest, JIRA, Confluence, and Kafka - Experience in performing API and Database testing - Experience in Microsoft Azure environment - Strong work experience in Agile methodology - Profound knowledge in QA process and methodologies - Experience with CI/CD platforms like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps is a plus Key attributes and skills that are essential for this role include: - Strong communication skills with a goal-driven mindset - In-depth QA knowledge and understanding - Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with a scrum ceremony and DevOps culture - Familiarity with ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps - Strong systems, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Excellent self-learning abilities - Proven capability to work effectively and contribute to both immediate team and center of excellence - Ability to evaluate and challenge functional/non-functional and technical requirements and design - Capability to work in an onshore/offshore environment This job will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your QA expertise, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes within the organization.,
